Zusammenfassung
Bei verschiedenen zur Zeit gebräuchlichen Nahtmaterialien aus synthetischen oder natürlichen Fasern wurde die Gleitfähigkeit des dopelt geschlungenen chirurgischen Grundknotens geprüft, weiters die Abnützung durch Reibung, die Festigkeit des chirurgischen Grundknotens und die Oberflächenstruktur des Fadens. Die Bedeutung der gemessenen Parameter für die chriurgischen Naht wird diskutiert.
Summary
Various common suture materials were tested for the slipping capacity of the first surgical knot and its knot holding force. In addition, the surface wear due to friction and the structure of the surface of the threads were examined. The importance of the findings for the surgical suture is discussed.
