Abstract
The plastic anisotropy ratio of the main texture components of low-carbon deep-drawing steel is calculated, using Taylor’s theory for the bcc pencil glide case in its original form. By mixing certain sharp texture components the plastic anisotropy of steel sheet can be reproduced fairly well.
