Zusammenfassung

44 konservativ und 17 vorwiegend mittels Andreesenschrauben behandelte Tibiakopffrakturen der Jahre 1959–1968 werden mit 48 offen reponierten und mit einer übungsstabilen Osteosynthese versehenen Frakturen der Jahre 1969–1973 nach Nachuntersuchung beider Kollektive verglichen. Es zeigt sich eine erhebliche Zunahme der guten und befriedigenden Ergebnisse nach konsequenter offener Reposition, Wiederherstellung des Bandapparates und Osteosynthese mit und ohne Knochenplastik.

Summary

44 conservatively treated and 17 mainly with Andreesen screws fixed fractures of the head of the tibia in the years 1959–1968 are compared with 48 open reductions and stabilisation with osteosyntheses carried out in the years 1969–1973 after reexamination of both groups. There is a definate increase of satisfactory results consequent open reduction of the fractures, repair of the ligaments and osteosynthesis with or without bone grafting.

Resumé

44 cas de fractures du plateau tibital traités de facon conservative et 17 en particulier par vis de Andreesen, au cours des années 1959 à 1968, sont comparés avec 48 fractures traitées, entre 1969 et 1973, par reposition ouverte et ostéosynthèse permettant une mobilisation active précoce.

L’étude comparative des deux séries montre que les résultats bons ou satisfaisants sont beaucoup plus fréquents, après reposition ouverte, reconstitution des ligaments et ostéosynthèse avec ou sans greffon osseux.
