Zusammenfassung

Die Verwendung eines Steckgitters am Krankenbett eines alten, verwirrten Patienten kann die Ursache von Implantatausrissen und Luxationen nach Versorgung von hüftgelenknahen Frakturen mit unterschiedlichen Implantaten oder endoprothetischem Ersatz sein. Eine kostengünstige Lösungsmöglichkeit wird vorgestellt.

Abstract

The use of a bar at the side of a sick-bed by old confused patients may be the origin of implant failures and dislocations after stabilisation of fractures of the upper third of the femur by various implants or endoprosthesis. An inexpensive possibility of solution is shown.
