Schlußfolgerungen

Alle als charakteristisch bezeichneten Inselveränderungen, bei den mit frisch bereitetem HVl-Extrakt (nativ oder ultrafiltriert) vorbehandelten Versuchsratten, findet man auch in gleichem Maße bei den Kontrollratten. Eine „pankreatrope“ Wirkung des HVl-Extraktes konnte morphologisch nicht nachgewiesen werden.
