Zusammenfassung
Grundlagen: Primäre gleichzeitige Korrektur von Lippe und Nase zum Zweck der besseren Entwicklung beim Wachstum und besseren aesthetischen Ergebnissen.
Methodik: Ausgedehnte Mobilisierung aller fehlstehenden Strukturen inclusive von deviiertem Septum. Anregung von Knochenneubildung unter dem Nasenflügelansatz und entlang der Apertura piriformis.
Ergebnisse: In 80% von den ca. 350 Patienten sehr gute Ergebnisse und keine Wachstumsstörungen nach 24 Jahren.
Schlußfolgerungen: Die von uns gemachten langjährigen positiven Erfahrungen können als Empfehlung gelten.
Summary
Background: Primary simultaneous correction of lip and nose in the unilateral cleft for better development during growth and achieving better aesthetical results already in childhood.
Methods: Extensive mobilisation of all dislocated structures, the septum included. Stimulation of bone growth under the alar base and along the piriforme aperture.
Results: 80% of 350 operated patients since 24 years of follow up show very satisfactory results.
Conclusions: These very satisfactory results exceeding for more than 24 years can be regarded as recommendation.
