Untersuchungen über Frakturheilung in der Gewebekultur

Zusammenfassung

In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden fraturierte embryonale Knochenanlagen in vitro kultiviert. Verschiedene Zusätze versuchten eine knöcherne Regeneration an der Frakturstelle anzuregen. Während eine fibroblastische Über-brückung der Fragmente eintrat, wurde in keinem Versuche eine Verkalkung oder Verknöcherung des bindegewebigen Callus beobachtet.
