Abstract

This paper describes the Internet-accessible radiology teaching file at the department of radiology at a major teaching hospital. Instructions for connecting to and using the teaching file, as well as the methods used to assemble the teaching file, are discussed. This teaching file can be used by anyone in the world with an Internet connection and free World Wide Web client software. This teaching file is rapidly accessible and available 24 hours a day. This ready source of proven cases for comparison purposes may be of particular interest to emergency radiologists.
