Die Wirtschaftlichkeit der HF-Vorwärmung von Spänevliesen in der Spanplattenproduktion

Zusammenfassung

Das industriell angewandte Verfahren der Vorwärmung des Spänevlieses vor der Einetagenpresse im Spanplattenwerk bewirkt, gegenüber dem Verfahren ohne Vorwärmung, eine erhebliche Produktivitätssteigerung von Schüttstation und Presse bei Spanplatten ab 16 mm Plattendicke. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit des neuen Verfahrens, das durch die Abkürzung des Durchlaufprozesses charakterisiert ist, wird durch die Einsparung von Materialkosten erhöht. Preisvorteile durch eine Qualitätsverbesserung der mit HF-vorgewärmten Spanplatten werden erwartet. Die relative Wirtschaftlichkeit des Verfahrens wird mit Hilfe einer Teilkostenvergleichsrechnung im betrieblichen Verlauf und durch eine Gesamtkostenvergleichsrechnung für die Investitionskosten untersucht und bestätigt. Die absolute Wirtschaftlichkeit einer HF-Vorwärmung wird durch die Gegebenheiten des Einzelfalles, je nach dem ob Neuinvestition einer Gesamtanlage oder Erweiterungs-investition innerhalb eines bestebenden Fertigungsstranges, und nicht zuletzt auch durch die Marktpreislage für Spanplatten bestimunt.

Summary

The industrially applied process of preheating the chip mat before single-daylight-hot-presses considerably increases the productivity of mat formation and press in producing particleboard with thicknesses of 16 mm and more, as compared with procedures without preheating. The economy of the new process, which is characterized by shortening the flow-through, is enhanced by saving material costs. Favourable prices are expected by improving the quality of particleboard with RF-preheating. The relative economy of the process has been investigated and confirmed by comparative partial cost calculations within the operational flow and by comparative total cost calculations concerning the costs of investment. The absolute economy of RE-preheating depends on the requirements of the individual situation, such as e. g. new investment for a complete plant or for purposes of enlargement of an existing production line, and last but not least on the market price of particleboard.
