Conclusions
-
1.
An automatic measurement of spacings by means of the indexing roller method provides high precision of testing.
-
2.
An electronic instrument has been developed for the automatic measurement of spacings with a visual display and the emission of coded dimensions with an adequate precision and efficiency without missing spacings for reading purposes.
-
3.
An analysis of measurement errors and the effect of dynamic loading makes it possible to choose the most suitable structure for the instrument’s components according to the required precision of testing.
