Es wird über den seltenen Fall einer isolierten Trapeziumfraktur berichtet. Auf Aspekte der Entstehung, Diagnostik, Differentialdiagnostik, Therapie und Komplikationen wird eingegangen.

Abstract

This is a report of a rare case of an isolated fracture of the trapezium. Origin, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, treatment and complications are evaluated and described.
