Über einen Fall von sog. „Schlucktachykardie“

Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall beschrieben, bei dem jeder Schluckakt eine kurzdauernde paroxysmale Tachykardie auslöste.

Unter Einwirkung besonderer disponierender Koeffizienten kann es also auf reflektorischem Wege zu einer heterotopen Reizbildung des Herzens kommen.

Nach Digitalis war die Dauer des tachykardischen Anfalles herabgesetzt, nach Chinidin trat er überhaupt nicht mehr auf.
