Über die hüftnahen Femurfrakturen bei Coxarthrose

Zusammenfassung

Es läßt sich feststellen, daß es ein standardisiertes Vorgehen für die Behandlung von hüftnahen Femurfrakturen bei Coxarthrose nicht gibt. Von Fall zu Fall muß man die Frakturform, das Ausmaß der Arthrose und den Zustand des Patienten berücksichtigend neu entscheiden, welches Verfahren zur Anwendung kommen soll. Bei der Auswahl des Verfahrens darf man aber nicht vergessen, daß es oft intraoperativ zu erheblichen technischen Schwierigkeiten kommen kann, weshalb eine entsprechend große Erfahrung in der Chirurgie des Hüftgelenkersatzes erforderlich ist:

It can be established that there is no standardised procedure for the treatment of femur fractures in the region of the hip through Coxarthrosis. One must determine anew, with due consideration, from one case to another, the form of fracture, the extent of the arthrosis and the condition of the patient and which treatment should be applied. When choosing a treatment however, one should not forget that often during the operation considerable technical difficulties can arise, therefore an appropriately wide experience in the surgery of the replacement of the hip joint is necessary.

Résumé

On retient qu’il n’existe pas de procédé systématique pour le traitement des fractures proximales du fémur survenant sur une coxarthrose. Chaque cas exige une nouvelle décision quant à la méthode à appliquer, tout en respectant la forme de la fracture, l’importance de l’arthrose et l’état du malade. En prenant cette décision, il ne faut tout de même pas oublier que des difficultés techniques énormes peuvent survenir au cours de l’intervention, ce qui requiert une très grande expérience en chirurgie prothétique de la hanche.
