Die volare T-Platten-Osteosynthese in der Behandlung der Radiusflexionsfraktur

Zusammenfassung

In der retrospektiven Analyse wurden 62 Patienten mit einer operativ versorgten Radiusflexionsfraktur (58mal volare Abstützplatte, viermal Fixateur externe) erfaβt. 54 Patienten konnten klinisch und radiologisch nachuntersucht werden.

Die Röntgenaufnahmen der Ausheilungsergebnisse wurden in der Einteilung nach Lidström in 59% der Fälle als Grad 1, in 33% als Grad 2 und in 8% als Grad 3 bewertet. Die Auswertung der subjektiven Beschwerden, der Funktionsmessungen, der Nervenirritationen und der äußerlichen Deformität nach dem Schema von Gartland u. Werley in der Modifikation von Sarmiento ergab zwölf exzellente, 30 gute, zehn mäßige und nur ein schlechtes Resultat.

Abstract

In this follow-up trial 62 patients with a flexion fracture of the distal radius who underwent operative treatment (58 palmar buttress plates, 4 external fixations) were examined under functional and radiological aspects and parameters.

The radiological evaluation of the follow-up results showed a grading of Lidström 1 in 59% of all cases, grade 2 was reached by 33%, 8% were staged as Lidström 3. The accessment of the subjective complaints, the functional values and results, the nerve lesions and the skeletal axial deviation graded after Gartland and Werley in the modified version of Sarmiento proofed 12 excellent, 30 good, 10 fair and only 1 minor result.
