Beitrag zur Kenntnis der Wirkung des Pituitrins auf die Ionenausscheidung

Zusammenfassung

Nach intramuskulärer Injektion von Pituitrin in Dose von 10–15 Einheiten treten beim Menschen charakteristische Veränderungen im Ioneninhalt des Harns auf. Diese Veränderungen äußern sich dadurch, daß der Inhalt des Harns an totaler, fixer Base im Verhältnis zum Natriuminhalt prozentisch steigt, und daß die Ammoniakmengen und die Titrationsacidität stark abnehmen. Gleichzeitig wird die aktuelle Reaktion des Harns mehr alkalisch.
