Schlußfolgerungen

Weitere randomisierte Studien sollen einerseits die wirksamsten Chemotherapieprotokolle und andererseits die optimale lokale Tumorkontrolle ermitteln. Bei Patienten mit nicht resezierbaren Tumoren stellt die kombinierte Chemoradiotherapie die Therapie der Wahl dar.
