Summary
Two cases of leukemia, one of which presented as a perianal abscess and the other as a perianal infiltrate, are reported. It is advised that such perianal signs be accorded more attention. Should the diagnosis of leukemia be made, conservative treatment, not surgical intervention, is indicated.
