Summary
Adenopapillomas on ileocecal valves affected by lipomatous hyperplasia were discovered incidentally at laparotomy in two asymptomatic patients in whom other polyps of the colon had been discovered during preherniorrhaphy barium-enema examinations. The incidence, diagnosis, and treatment of these rare lesions is discussed.
