Analytic calculation of the interaction between a pulsed electromagnetic field and a two-electrode horn antenna

Abstract

An analytic solution of a system of differential equations derived earlier is obtained. Expressions are given for the current in the load as a function of the orientation of Poynting's vector with respect to the axis of the antenna, and the trasfer, characteristic of the transducer.
