Rationelles Fertigen einzelner Möbelbauteile

Zusammenfassung

In der industriellen Fertigung von Möbel-Einzelteilen lassen sich heute grundsätlzich zwei Systeme erkennen. Bei eher hohen Mengenleistungen geht man in der Regel den konventionellen Weg mit der Bearbeitungsfolgen Beschichten, Formaten, Kantenbearbeiten und eventuell Beschlagsetzen. Bei der mehr kommissionsweisen Fertigung wird dagegen eine hochgradig flexible Herstellung von einzelnen Möbelteilen verlangt, die man heute vermehrt mit dem Einsatz von Bearbeitungszentren bewältigt. Beide Systeme werden vorgestellt und diskutiert, hinsichtlich ihrer Vor- und Nachteile. In gleicher Weise werden die dementsprechenden maschinellen Einrichtungen dargestellt und erläutert.

Abstract

In the modern industrial manufacture of singular furniture parts, two basic systems may be observed. If the tendency goes more towards as mass-oriented production, also the more conventional way is chosen, with a working sequency of coating, cutting-to-size, edge forming and banding and, eventually, fixation of the fittings. If the production tends more towards a commissionary manufacture, a great flexibility is effected best by the use of processing centers. Both systems are described and discussed, also with respect to their advantages and disadvantages.
