Zusammenfassung

Der bei der Rauchgasentschwefelung anfallende Gips und das Altpapier von Tageszeitungen liefern, entsprechend aufbereitet, in Verbindung mit Wasser und Additiven einen hochwertigen Plattenwerkstoff: die Gipsfaserplatte für den Innenausbau. Das ohne Wasserüberschuß arbeitende Halbtrockenverfahren, mit dem die Firma VAGIPS B.V. in Holland arbeitet, wird in Wort und Bild dargestellt.

Abstract

Suitable pretreated gypsum from flue gas desulfurization plus waste newspaper together with water and additives, provide a valuable board material: the gypsum-bonded fibreboard for interior applications. The semi-dry process which operates without surplus water working at VAGIPS B.V. in the Netherlands, is described and illustrated.
