Резуме

По-видимому, субтропиуеские антициклоны находятся в тесной динамической связи с горизонталбным сдвитом ветра на южном краж течения и дополюяются и обновляются путем переноса вихря с более высоких геограяических широт на основании зффекта Россби. Расстояние между цеттрами субтрцигеских антициклонов теоретигески составляет прибнизителыно 11600км. По всей вероятности в атмосфере отсутствуют динамигеские условия для развития аналотигных циклонах вихрей.
