Journal of Engineering Physics and Thermophysics Aims and scope

Abstract

For Reynolds numbers Re ≪1 an analytical relation is obtained for the dependence of the critical size of a liquid droplet on the amplitude and frequency of a sound field, surface tension, dynamic viscosity of gas with allowance for prehistory of motion and reattachment of mass.
