Summary
The fourth case of cholecysto-duodenocolic fistula with gallstone ileus is reported. We advise treatment of this condition in stages. In the absence of common duct obstruction the biliary enteric fistula may close spontaneously. Closure of the fistula may be attempted if symptoms persist.
