Zusammenfassung

Die Technik der Laparoskopie beim Kind wird beschrieben und an Beispielen dargestellt (Cholezystektomie, unklare Abdominalbeschwerden, Meckel-Divertikel, Durchtrennung von Adhäsionen, gynäkologische Erkrankungen im Kindesalter, Appendektomie, Herniotomie, Kryptorchismus).

Summary

The technique of the laparoscopy in children is described and explained with various examples (cholecystectomy, ill-defined abdominal pain, Meckel diverticulum, lysis of adhesions, gynecological diseases in childhood, appendectomy, herniotomy, cryptorchidism).
