Zusammenfassung

Der bandscheibenbedingte chronischrezidivierende Kreuzschmerz kann sich in Einzelfällen als konservative-therapieresistent erweisen. Bei streng gestellter Operationsindikation kann durch eine Entfernung des gesamten Bandscheibengewebes die Seigmentlockerung behoben und die Arbeitsfähighkeit wiederhergestellt werden.

Summary

The conservative treatment of the chronic discogenic recurrent low back pain can in some cases be infeffective. When patients with a clear-cut indication are operated on the segmental instability may be favourable influenced by an accurate extraction of the whole disc. Complete recovery may occur.
