Zusammenfassung

Bei einem 10jährigen Mädchen wurde eine subkapitale, dislozierte, instabile Oberarmfraktur mittels druckluftgetriebener Staples übungsstabil versorgt. 6 Wochen postoperative bestand eine freie Schultergelenksbeweglichkeit.

Summary

A case of a subcapital unstable humerus-fracture in a 10 years old girl, who was treated by internal fixation. Power-driven staples were successfully used. 6 weeks postoperatively she had a free, painless joint-motion.
