Zusammenfassung

Bei 2 Fällen von maligner Struma wurden Ösophagusresektionen durchgeführt, da die Speiseröhre bereits karzinomatös infiltriert war. In beiden Fällen komplikationsloser Verlauf.

Summary

In two cases of malignant goiter with carcinomatous infiltration of the esophagus segments of the latter were excised together with the thyroidectomy. The post-operative course was free of complications.
