Es wird an Hand einer beidseitigen Verletzung Behandlung und Ergebnis einer Ruptur beider Vorderarmarterien dargestellt. Der Einsatz des Gefäßnahtinstrumentes nachNakayama hatte nach Meinung des Verfassers entscheidenden Anteil am Erfolg.
Summary
This report presents therapy and outcome of a rupture of the ulnar and radial artery in both forearms in one patient.
Suture was done with the instrument ofNakayama. This instrument, in the autors opinion, had been decisive for the successful reconstruction.
