Zusammenfassung
Bericht über 2 operierte Kranke mit schwersten hypoglykämischen Anfällen bei Insulinom mit Lokalisation im Pankreaskopf und im Pankreasschwanz sowie über ein 3. stummes Insulinom. Entfernung durch Enukleation bzw. durch distale Pankreasresektion. Schlagartige Heilung.
Kurze Darstellung der pathologischen Anatomie, Lokalisation, Symptomatik, Diagnose, Differentialdiagnose und der verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der chirurgischen Therapie.
Summary
Report on two operated patients suffering from severe hypoglycaemic attacks because of insulinoma located in the head and in the tail of the pancreas as well as a report on a third silent insulinoma. Removal by enucleation respectively by distal resection of the pancreas. Immediate cure.
Short presentation of anatomic pathology, localisation, symptoms, diagnosis and differential diagnosis and various possibilities of surgical therapy.
