Zur operativen Behandlung von Schenkelhalspseudarthrosen

Zusammenfassung

Eine Patientin mit Schenkelhaspseudarthrose nach Laschenversorgung einer Schenkelhalsfraktur wurde mit einem Rundnagel nachHerze-Lezius behandelt. Knöcherne Heilung in guter Stellung bei freier Beweglichkeit wurde erzielt. Wegen der idealen biomechanischen Verhältnisse im Pseudarthrosespalt und wegen der unproblematischen Operationstechnik kann der Rundnagel als Methode bei Schenkelhalspseundarthrosen vor der Endoprothese empfohlen werden.

Summary

A patient presenting a pseudarthrosis of the femoral neck was cured by inserting a round nail according toHerzer-Lezius. Free motility resulted. Because of ideal biomechanical conditions in the pseudarthrotic gap and because of the lack of problems with the operative technique the insertion of a nail is recommended before an endoprothesis is applied.
