Zusammenfassung
Bericht über eine Laugenverätzung im frühen Kindesalter. Erst nach 45jähriger Gastrostomie-Ernährung erfolgt die Wiederherstellung des Schluckaktes durch ein Kolonsegment. 10 Jahre später entwickelt sich an der zervikalen Anastomose ein Pflasterepithelkarzinom, das reseziert und durch eine freie Darmtransplantation überbrückt werden konnte.
Summary
Report on a caustic lye erosion in early childhood. Only after gastrostomy alimentation for 45 years, a restoration of deglutition by means of a colon segment, was effected. 10 years later, a pavement epithelium carcinoma developed on the cervical anastomosis which was resected and superimposed by means of a free intestinal transplant.
