Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine neue Methode zur Behandlung großer Fasziendefekte an der Außenseite des Unterschenkels berichter.

Zur plastischen Deckung wird eine gestielter Periostlappen aus der Facies medialis tibiae, der Über die Schienbeinvorderkante umgeklappt wird, benützt.

Die Nachuntersuchung von 7 auf diese Art operierten Fällen ergab 3 Monate bis 21/2 Jahre nach dieser Maßnahme gute Resultate. Rezidive wurden nicht beobachter.

Summary

A new method for the treatment of large defects in the lateral fascia of the leg is reported.

A flap of the periosteum is taken from the medial side of the tibia, rotated over the anterior border of the tibia and fixed at the lateral circumference of the defect.

Seven patients who were operated in the described manner showed three months to two and a half years after the operation good results. No reoccurrences were seen.
