Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine Modifikation der Oberkieferosteotomie bei Lippen-Kiefer-Gaumenspalt-Patienten beschrieben, wobei die Fragmente mit einem meanderförmig zurechtgebogenem Kirschnerdraht geschient werden.

Summary

A modification of maxillary osteotomy is described. Postoperative the fragments are held in the new position by means of a meander-like formed Kirschnerwire.
