Enteritis regionalis unter dem Bild einer Pseudopolyposis des Jejunum und Ileum

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen 32jährigen Mann berichtet, der an einer Enteritis regionalis mit diffusem Befall des Jejunums und Ileums erkrankt war und das Bild einer Pseudopolypose des Dünndarms bot. Die Behandlung bestand aus einer ausgedehnten Dünndarmresektion. Ein postoperativ aufgetretenes lebensbedrohliches Malabsorptionssyndrom wurde mit Hilfe hochkalorischer Infusionen und oraler Verabreichung einer sogenannten “Astronautenkost” (Biosorbin®, Vivasorb®) beherrscht.

Häufigkeit des Auftretens, Differentialdiagnosen, röntgenologische und pathologisch-anatomische Besonderheiten werden diskutiert.

Summary

Case report of a 32-year-old male with extensive Crohn's disease of almost the entire small bowel and the radiological picture of a marked pseudopolyposis.

An extensive resection of the small bowel was performed. The postoperative course was complicated by a live threatening malabsorption syndrom which was treated by means of high caloric infusions and Biosorbin® and Vivasorb® (so called astronautic food) orally.

The differential diagnosis and the problems of pathology are discussed.
