Zusammenfassung

Es wird über 2 Fälle eines primären malignen peritonealen Mesothelioms berichtet, die in den vergangenen 10 Jahren an der Chirurgischen Universitätsklinik Innsbruck behandelt wurden. An Hand der Fallberichte wird auf die Pathologie, klinische Symptomatik sowie auf die diagnostischen Möglichkeiten eingegangen und zur Therapie Stellung genommen.

Summary

Two cases of primary malignant peritoneal mesothelioma are reported, which were treated at the Surgical Clinic, University of Innsbruck in the last 10 years. Observing the case material pathology, clinical symptomatology, diagnostic possibilities and therapy are discussed.
