Zusammenfassung
Bei einer 70jährigen Patientin konnte der klinische Verdacht auf Malignom der Milz—rasche Größenzunahme, Speicherdefekte im Szintigramm, Ausschluß einer Systemerkrankung—operativ bestätigt werden. Es handelt sich um ein malignes Splenom. Ein Jahr später führten Kobaltbestrahlung und intravenöse32P-Gaben wegen Wirbelbefall zu völliger Beschwerdefreiheit.
Summary
In a 70 year old patient the tentative diagnoses of a malignant tumor of the spleen—rapid growth, storage deficiency in the scintigramm of the spleen, no systemical disease—was proven by the operation. Because of vertebral metastases the patient was treated with cobalt irradiation and P32 and a year later was without complaints.
