Zusammenfassung
Ein Bericht über 2 lebensbedrohliche Blutungen im Respirationstrakt, bedingt durch kavernöse Hämangiome.
Fall 1: Subpleural gelegen, mit Blutung in das Lungenparenchym, Durchbruch in den Pleuraraum mit Hämatopneumothorax.
Fall 2: Im Zwischenbronchus der rechten Lunge gelegen, mit massiver Blutung in das Bronchiallumen.
Summary
Two successfully operated cases of hemangioma of the lungs, treated by lobectomy are reported. Each case was an emergency, either caused by an excessive hemoptysis or the appearance of hematopneumothorax.
