Subkutane Ruptur der Sehne des Extensor hallucis longus

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine Spontanruptur der Sehne des langen Großzehenstreckers bei einem sonst gesunden, 30 Jahre alten Skiläufer berichtet. Als Ursache wird auf Grund des Operationsbefundes und durch Vergleich mit der Literatur über den subkutanen Riß des langen Daumenstreckers angenommen. daß es zu einer lokalen Diffusionsstörung innerhalb der Sehne gekommen war. Diese Theorie wird Gegenstand experimenteller Prüfung sein.

Summary

A case of spontaneous rupture of the extensor hallucis longus-tendon in an otherwise healthy 30 year old skier is described. Findings at operation indicated that cause of rupture may have been a local disturbance of diffusion within the tendon due to pressure. This theory will be subjected to experiment.
