Zusammenfassung
Bei Lebertransplantationen stellen Störungen des Blutgerinnungssystems eine ernstzunehmende Komplikation dar. Gerinnungsuntersuchungen wurden an Schweinen durchgeführt: 1. Während orthotoper Allotransplantation, 2. bei Präparation der Leber wie zur Entnahme und 3. bei Ausklemmen der Leber in situ. Bei allen Versuchstieren war am Beginn der anhepatischen Phase, verursacht durch einen unspezifischen Verdünnungseffekt, ein Abfall aller Gerinnungsfaktoren zu beobachten. Nur nach Transplantationen traten Komplikationen von seiten des Gerinnungssystems auf, die im Sinne einer disseminierten intravasalen Gerinnung gedeutet wurden.
Summary
Blood coagulation studies were performed in pigs: 1. during orthotopic liver transplantation, 2. during preparation of the liver, 3. during in situ isolation of the liver by cross-clamping. Decrease of clotting factors during the anhepatic phase was explained by blood dilution. Complications from bleeding were observed only post grafting and were explained by disseminated intravascular coagulation.
