Zusammenfassung

Es werden kurz die verschiedenen Ursachen einer abnormen Blutung in der Urologie erörtert, wobei beson-ders auf Blutungen infolge gesteigerter Fibrinolyse (Erkrankungen oder operative Verletzung der Prostata, sogenannte essentielle Hämaturie) sowie bei Behandlung mit Antikoagulantien und Zyklophosphamid eingegangen wird.

Summary

The various causes of haemorrhage of the urinary system are discussed. The treatment of haemorrhages due to increased fibrinolysis induced by diseases of the prostate gland and of haemorrhagic conditions caused by anticoagulant or cyclophosphoramide treatment is outlined.
