Zusammenfassung

Mitteilung eines Falles eines 12 Jahre alten Knaben mit einem in Fehlstellung geheilten Speichenbruch kombiniert mit volarer Subluxation im distalen RUG, der mit V-förmiger Osteotomie korrigiert wurde. Es werden Pathologie, Entstehungsmechanismus, Klinik, Diagnostik und Therapie dieser Verletzung besprochen.

Summary

Presentation of the case of a boy aged 12, treated for correction of an in faulty position healed fracture of the radius in combination with dislocation in the distal radio-ulnar joint. The correction was carried out by V-shaped osteotomy. Subjects of this presentation are: Pathology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and therapy of this injury.
