Zur Kenntnis der Hämophilie

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Es werden Beobachtungen angeführt, die es wahrscheinlich machen, daß die Thrombokinasestörung bei Hämophilie in einer quantitativen Verringerung der Blutgesamtthrombokinase besteht und nicht durch einen Inhibitor der an sich quantitativ normal vorliegenden Thrombokinase bedingt ist.

  2. 2.

    Die gute lokal-hämostyptische Wirkung von Thrombin- und Thrombokinasepräparaten bei hämophilen Sickerblutungen wird beschrieben.

  3. 3.

    Synthetisches Vitamin K (Synkavit) ist peroral wirkungslos auf die Blutgerinnungszeit von Hämophilen.

  4. 4.

    Die charakteristische, differentialdiagnostisch verwertbare Art des Gerinnungsablaufes in recalcifizierten hämophilen Oxalatplasmen nach der MethodeDyckerhoff, Goossens, Schwantke wird erörtert.

  5. 5.

    Fragen der gerinnungsfördernden Wirkung des Urins, besonders in hämophilen Plasmen werden besprochen.
