Reamenagement agricole des carrieres alluvionnaires

Résumé

Le réaménagement d'une carrière alluvionnaire en eau de cinq hectares située dans le secteur de la confluence Seine-Yonne à Misy-sur-Yonne (Seine-et-Marne, France) et la reconstitution de sols agricoles ont permis d'établir certains principes valables pour tout réaménagement en plaine alluviale.

Il est en particulier nécessaire d'étudier et de prendre en compte:

• - les cotes de crue des eaux superficielles et souterraines,

• - les aménagements antérieurs s'ils existent,

• - le volume et la qualité des matériaux disponibles pour constituter le soubassement,

• - le volume et la qualité des limons et de la terre arable,

• - l'éventualité d'un drainage de ces limons.

A partir des travaux exécutés à Misy-sur-Yonne, il a été possible de définir les modalités techniques et économiques applicables à l'ensemble de la zone alluviale.

Abstract

The paper presents the recovering of an alluvial quarry (5 hectares) the junction between the river Seine and the river Yonne, (Seine-et-Marne, France). The put is under the water-table.

Agricultural soils have been restored, and this experience allows to point out some principles which are available for any recovering of an alluvial plain.

It's necessary to study and take into consideration:

• - the highest levels of surface water and groundwater,

• - previous arrangements if there are some,

• - the volume and the quality of the materials that can be used to realize the fill,

• - the volume and the quality of the river silts and of the tillable earth,

• - the possibility of draining these silts.

From the works executed in Misy-sur-Yonne, it has been possible to define the technical and economical conditions that can be applied to the whole alluvial zone.
