Summary
A set of geophysical methods for studying the dynamics of deformation processes in foundations of large hydraulic structures (dams and storage reservoirs) is proposed. A complex stationary network being arranged for long-term geophysical, seismometric and seismological observations in the Inguri hydroelectric power station area in order to study variations in different geophysical fields is described. The procedure of geophysical observations and the principal results obtained during the dam construction and reservoir filling are presented. Possible causes of variations in geophysical fields are analysed and practical conclusions are drawn.
Résumé
On propose un ensemble de méthodes géophysiques pour l'étude de la dynamique des processus de déformation qui ont lieu dans les fondations de grands ouvrages hydrauliques (barrages et retenues).
On décrit un réseau complexe stationaire d'observations géophysiques, séismologiques et séismométriques le premier dans le monde, réalisé dans le site du barrage d'Ingouri et permittant l'étude des variations des différents champs géophysiques dans le temps.
On présente une méthode d'observations géophysiques et les principaux résultats obtenues au cours de la construction du barrage et du remplissage de la retenue. Les causes possibles des variations des champs géophysiques sont analysées et on en tire des conclusions pratiques.
