Bericht über die erfolgreiche Transplantation eines Haut-Weichteil-Knochenlappens aus der Leistengegend bzw. dem Darmbeinkamm mittels mikrochirurgischer Technik zur Überbrückung eines Schienbeindefektes nach weit offener Unterschenkelfraktur.

Abstract

A large defect of bone and skin of the lower leg has been treated successfully by a composite graft of bone and skin from the groin using microvascular anastomosis.
