Zusammenfassung

Es wird ein Fall von posttraumatischer Tibialisparese beschrieben, bei dem durch Spaltung der Soleus-Arkade eine wesentliche Besserung der Tibialisfunktion vor allem auf sensiblem Gebiet erzielt werden konnte.

Abstract

Report about a case of posttraumatic paresis of the tibial nerve. After incision of the soleus-muscle the function of the nerve improved considerably; especially a recovery of the sensibility was noted.
