Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine seltene Kombinationsverletzung des linken Hüftgelenkes im Rahmen eines Polytraumas bei gleichzeitiger Verletzung des rechten Oberschenkels berichtet. Nach offener Einrichtung und Osteosynthese wird das fünfmonatige klinische und röntgenologische Ergebnis dargestellt und im Rahmen der Diskussion die eingeschlagene Therapie besprochen.

Abstract

A case report is given of a rare combined injury of the left hip joint with a simultaneous injury of the right femur in a patient with polytrauma. After open reduction and osteosynthesis, the clinical and radiological results after five months are shown; the treatment, which was chosen in this patient, is discussed.
