Ausrüstung von Notarzteinsatzfahrzeugen

Zusammenfassung

Da durch die Rettungsdienstgesetze der Bundesländer die organisatorischen Voraussetzungen für einen geregelten Notarzdienst geschaffen wurden, haben sich vielerorts solche Dienste etabliert. Inzwischen haben sich dabei zwei verschiedene Notarztsysteme herauskristallisiert: das Stations- und das Rendezvoussystem. Auf die Vor- und Nachteile dieser beiden Systeme wird eingegangen. Das Rendezvoussystem ist gekennzeichnet durch getrennte Standorte von Rettungswagen und Notarzt. Letzterer wird mit einem Notarzteinsatzfahrzeug (NEF) an den Notfallort gebracht. Dieses Spezialfahrzeug beinhaltet die Materialien für die medizinisch-technische Primärversorgung von Notfallpatienten. Die Ausrüstung des modellhaften NEF wird vorgestellt, da sie Grundlage für die Normung durch den DIN-Ausschuß werden soll.

Abstract

The work of the emergency services has been regulated by law in the different countries of the Federal Republic of Germany. These laws provide the basis for the regular services of emergency doctors. In many places such services have been established. Two different systems have been developed: the stationary system and the “rendez-vous” system. The advantages and the disadvantages of both systems are outlined. In the “rendez-vous”-system the ambulance and the doctor are stationed at different places. The doctor comes with a special car to the place of an emergency. In this car all the essential equipment is provided, which is needed for an effective first aid. The equipment of such a special car is described. The model shall become generally accepted through the German DIN-commission.
