Zusammenfassung

Die Standardaufnahmen des Sprunggelenkes und des Fuβes in zwei Ebenen erlauben keine exakte Burteilung des unteren Sprunggelenkes. Vorgestellt werden zwei Spezialaufnahmen, die in 60° Innen-bzw. Auβenrotation und Dorsalextension im oberen Sprunggelenk angefertigt werden. Die medial-schräge und die lateral-schräge Einstellung ermöglichen bei im Vergleich zu Schichtuntersuchungen geringerem Aufwand Aufnahmen von hoher Aussagekraft.

Abstract

The standard radiographs in two planes of the ankle joint and of the foot do not allow an exact evaluation of the subtalar joint. Two additional views are proposed. With a dorsal flexion of the ankle joint one radiograph is obtained in 60° internal rotation and the other in 60° external rotation. The medial-oblique and lateral-oblique views considerably increase diagnostic information with a minor effort compared to tomography.
